When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive confirmation of your order by email as soon as you place your order.
When will I receive my invoice?
Prepayment:
You will receive your invoice by email as soon as your order is received. As soon as you have paid, the order is automatically shipped.
Payment on account (Paycard):
You will receive an invoice from Paycard (Retail Marketing Switzerland AG) during the following month. As regards the valid provisions and conditions, we refer you to the General Terms and Conditions of Retail Marketing Switzerland AG (GTC RMS). You may switch to the free invoice by email with Paycard at any time at www.paycard.ch.
If paying by invoice, the billing and delivery addresses must be identical. If payment by invoice is not possible, we are happy to offer you alternative payment options.

How can I get my guarantee certificate?
You will receive the guarantee certificate automatically by email after you make your purchase.
