nettoshop.ch grants its customers a 14-day right of return after receipt of the goods.
The 14-day period begins on the day of initial delivery made by the parcel courier (also in the event of absence – post office collection request), the initial "kerbside" delivery made by a forwarding agent (also in the case of absence or non-delivery due to absence), the "direct delivery to an upper floor" or the "professional installation" delivery in accordance with our current delivery terms and conditions.
Returns apply exclusively to unused goods in their original packaging. The return or shipping must be undertaken by the customer.
Process:
The customer contacts Customer Services in writing within the return period via the contact form or using the returns form. Arrangements/discussions by telephone require written confirmation from nettoshop.ch and will otherwise not be accepted.
The products must be returned or shipped with all accessories, in the original packaging, accompanied by the copy of the invoice or the copy of the delivery note. If the original packaging is missing, the product must be packed in a manner suitable for transport. A full refund of the purchase price will only be given if products are returned unused in their original packaging and with all accessories.
nettoshop.ch expressly reserves the right to partially refund the purchase price for used or damaged goods.
The amount refunded can be offset by nettoshop.ch against any additional services already provided. These include postal, express delivery or fixed date costs, as well as the "delivery to an upper floor" and "professional installation" delivery options. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
The customer ships or delivers the products at their own expense and risk to the address or location specified by Customer Services.
Products excluded from the right of return:
The following products are excluded from the right of return:
- Already used items
- Opened hygiene articles such as toothbrushes, razors, smartwatches, etc. (if available, hygiene seal broken)
- Water treatment products and accessories (kettles, descaling products, etc.)
- Opened consumables such as batteries, rechargeable batteries, filters, etc.
- Barbecues that have been put into operation and all barbecue accessories
- Items that Nettoshop.ch has specially ordered on behalf of the customer
- Second-hand appliances, individual items and all items from the bargain section
In the case of obvious or suspected misuse, such as multiple returns or damage, nettoshop.ch is free to refuse an exchange altogether.
